What is 02X?
02X (Pty) Ltd is a South African venture builder and holding company, registered in Gauteng (Reg. 2025/768856/07). It builds and holds app-based software ventures in regulated, compliance-heavy industries.
Is 02X a software company or a consultancy?
Both, by design. 02X builds app-based services where software does the repeatable work and humans supervise the outcomes, rather than selling pure software or pure consulting.
What does 02X build?
Small, focused, app-based services that replace consultant-heavy work. 02X launches one venture at a time, proves the model, and scales only when the operating loop is sound.
What is GRC Shop?
GRC Shop is 02X's first live venture: remote, app-based managed compliance for South African SMEs, starting with OHS and expanding to POPIA, Labour, FICA/AML, CIPC and SARS.
